I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Mainz! The hotel's location was just perfect, close to the train station and within walking distance to the old town. The rooms were even better than expected, with a splendid terrace overlooking the city and cathedral. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my experience truly memorable. Although the dining options were slightly limited, I had everything needed to start my day. My only minor gripe was that the breakfast could have been a bit more extensive.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and decorated to a very high standard, perfect for a couple with a baby. Although they were a bit on the small side, the layout was well thought out, providing ample storage space. The rooms were clean, spacious, had a kitchen, and maintained a high level of cleanliness. The service was extremely pleasant and helpful, with a fantastic and courteous team offering room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The location was excellent, with plenty of dining options within a 5-10 minute walk, close to the train station and various shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The dining experience offered plenty to start the day, including organic muesli, delicious sandwiches, and coffee. The facilities were top-notch, catering to my needs.

I had a very comfortable stay in the midst of a July heatwave in a modern and cozy family room. The USB wall sockets and functional kitchen made it really convenient. The only downside was the room being a bit hot, but that didn't ruin my experience.
